Richard fights for just compensation for his clients.

A graduate of George Washington University Law School, Richard is the founding lawyer of SM YU, PLLC.

At GWU, Richard was the Managing Editor of the International Law Review. He has unique experience as a lawyer who has started-up and operated a multi-million dollar company. He is a jury trial lawyer. ​

 

Richard has done the following:

⬩ Obtained dismissals or favorable settlements in county code violation, traffic and criminal cases.

⬩ Reviewed and negotiated commercial leases.

⬩ Drafted wills and related documents for clients. 

⬩ Drafted complex franchise documents for start-up franchise. 

⬩ Managed client's overall legal and code compliance while considering its business needs.
